Among the stars of the show shines the name Charpin et Brancato, incredible duo of singers who for thirty-five years have walked the forefront of French variete with their interpretations. Charpin
baritone sopranisant "had an innate sense of comedy as well as a rare voice quality, his falsetto (sung by soprano) was noted. He had cut his teeth in the operetta in the early years but then immediately launched into the world of variety, first at Fyscher (Paris) and then to the Bosporus, where in 1929 he met Brancato, singer and pianist.
Rockets, with their tandem comedian famous opera arias as classical Faust, Carmen, and compete in comedy as in "The Mascot", making it all their work thanks to the fine taste 'nonsense' of the Charpin. Smoking in the two occur on the most prestigious stages (Follies Bergere, Casino de Paris, Palace, La Cigale ...) and Charpin performs sometimes disguised as a woman.
