The mission of the color dots on the map (I quote Frank L.) is continuing apace and the last update were added the colors of Nigeria and Puglia.
Joy came to visit us for two weeks of training on the job and we found ourselves to be close to the office: the appointment to the coffee machine with Sabina & Juan - in addition to biting cold in Milan - has accompanied his stay in SDM. Among his "institutional" could not miss the appetizers, both in Milan and the dear old Banshee, which has the nice advantage of being close to the office and can therefore lend itself well to a meeting during the week. Banshee in the evening deserves a special attention bouquet of roses delivered to Joy by Francis (white roses, "the color of friendship" wanted to point out Francis to avoid dirty looks).
The announcement that Francis L. would come to see us - straight from the world of chemistry of Mantua - dates back earlier this year, when we said that it would be to SDM for a course. The first meeting took place in the slums (oops, I meant: in the canteen) and - the words of Francis - see us all together again at the same table gave the impression that Medea had never done. In the evening, then, was the occasion to talk about his work, see his eyes light up as I described the creativity and commitment that pours into its activities beyond that please me I was relieved: the talent of one of the best students in the master (In my humble opinion) is well used, fortunately.
There is to be reported back to the SDM of George R who is trying to win his personal battle with the Milanese that draws him to the north more often. This time the excuse was good: he was here for a course .. Is: they all say so, but then when it comes to partying no one ever pulls back ..!
